Location research for an israeli street food concept in Paris
In February 2020, Aurélie Hagège calls on Foodies Consulting as part of her location research, in order to roll out her fast food concept about borek.
OUR MISSION
In order to confirm the relevancy of her concept with her future location, Boker’s founder consults Foodies Consulting. The aim : to avoid any bad decision in terms of location choice and functionality.
OUR APPROACH

Our mission has covered :
✔️ Definition of the location strategy regarding the typology of area
✔️ Identification, connection and search of a revelant commercial space relevant to the project with many food & beverage expert brokers (including 3 visits maximum), shortlisting the commercial spaces for the customer
✔️ Assessment, definition and brief about the selection criterias regarding the commercial space
✔️ Organization of the space layout with a food & beverage expert architect relevant to the project
✔️ Identification and connection with a food & beverage expert attorney relevant to the project
✔️ Lease analysis, and negociations of terms and conditions
