Founded by a successful ex-restaurant owner for more than fifteen years, surrounded by the best experts, the firm helps food & beverage businesses (traditional or fast food restaurants, bars, ghost kitchens, concept stores, hotel restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops, fine dining or bistronomic restaurants, theme restaurants, caterers, nightclubs, foodtech companies…) by assisting them with operations, management, formalities as well as legal and financial issues.
We also teach students and leaders in french or english, regularly speak about the business in mainstream, economic or professional media; provide trainings and advise hedge funds.
Sacha Abergel, founder and CEO of Foodies Consulting
Coming from a family of restaurateurs, Sacha has always been truly passionate. After studies at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (in Switzerland) and Ferrandi in Paris, punctuated by professional experiences with the greatest chefs and international leaders, he settles in America and operates several restaurants and bars within a luxury hotel in order to perfect his management skills.
Drawing on his experience, he comes back to Paris and opens a first gourmet burger joint near the Champs-Elysées which immediately gains success and attracts media. He then opens a second business, which he sells to one of the largest french fast food chains in 2017.
To perfect his expertise, Sacha undergoes various extensive management trainings while developing his network and is soon called upon by food & beverage leaders for management, strategic and operational missions. Already advising entrepreneurs in his own name, he starts Foodies Consulting in 2019 to formerly assist executives.
He also teaches in Master’s Degree at University of Cergy.
